We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy, except for custom orders. You're responsible for return shipping (your own label or $5 to use ours). Once received we'll get your exchange right back, or process your refund. Refunds can take 3 - 5 business days to hit your account, depending on your banking/credit card company.
